Excellent breakfast with a large variety of food. The location of the hotel, being near Hankyuu Juso Station, was very convenient and there a lot of good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff was extremely helpfull, even the staff with lesser english knowledge went above and beyond to help us with any inquiries. Breakfast is a small buffet style that changed some components daily, Curry, Miso, Riceballs and some eggs were staples.

I think it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is breakfast, too, and it is considerably advantageous when we think about accommodation charges. It was close to the station, and it was 2 stations to Osaka Umeda Station, so access was good.

Great location, very close to JR and Metro! Nice restaurants close. Shops close. Room was great size, gave me third floor room. Breakfast was good every morning.

Pretty nice rooms and quite a few restaurants and shops around. We had the different rooms and we all slept like babies.

It was really easy to get in and out of the hotel. The staf was really helpful and of course really polite.

Staff was very helpful, hotel room does have all necessary, you can take on the reception pajama, toothbrushes, etc. Breakfast is very basic, but pretty enough for not to be hungry The hotel is very close to the bus stops, subway

Nice and clean room. Close to Juso metro station and lots of restaurants. Breakfast is also nice, although japanese style.
